There are four factors that affect someone's style which are cultural, social, personal, and psychology. As time pass by, clothes also serve as a symbol of status and supporting appearance. Many design of clothes that can be selected and used to adjust the current fashion trend according the era. For example, a Muslim’s design dresses 1980s are still very limited and have just a few consumers. Whereas in 2000s is the era of Muslim’s design dress has been growing rapidly. Evidenced by the emergence of many designs and styles of hijab are popular among women from teenager to mature likes hijab, gamis, accessories, etc. But, does it suit Muslim’s law? According to Muslim’s law which is the dress has province for women especially. It should cover aurat, body, and their jewelry. Not just covering, but also the material of the clothes we wear should not be tight, loose, thick not see-through, and does not resemble men. Hijab phenomenon that is a trend today is not suitable with Muslim’s law, for example wearing veil that does not cover the chest, elevating a curler, wear clothes that shaping the body, and invisibility. The women today seem more concerned about being fashionable or not than following Muslim’s law. Actually provisions give to preserve the dignity and self-esteem of women. All were returned to the individual self, how we respond and balanced between desires to dress with style in a religious law. So many options in design should make us be smart in choosing.
